Anyone doing anything cool with LDOs

I am writing an article on helping students to understand the learning and development outcomes in a way that makes them partners in the process. I am focusing on our "Week of Reflection" that encourages students to think of how they have grown and changed along our program learning outcomes.
Is anyone else doing anything like this? Can anyone offer examples from their campus that helps students to know more about institutional learning outcomes?
