Our campus as a whole uses Qualtrix for surveys/assessment, but the Division of Student Affairs uses Student Voice.  The campus uses Common Spot for our Content Mangement System, and Zimbra for email/calendar.

Sorry I missed the #SAChat last night, but one of these days I'll make the meeting!

We use Event Management System (dea.com) to manage room use and resources, along with the MasterCalendar for sharing the event schedule with the campus and the world!  We have participated in both Student Voice and Educational Benchmarking Inc. survey tools.  We use CollegiateLink.net for Student Involvement / Club Management.  We host about 30 databases on FileMaker Server for operations and student activities.  (Alumni Lists, Work Orders, Purchasing, Board Minutes, Building Duty Reports and more!) I've always believed that office automation tools are a real labor saver, and help us provide better service.

Ah, I forgot - we also use EMS for event managements....HMS for housing management.
